Single storey rear extension and internal remodelling in New Malden 

This design and build project on this lovely property in New Malden, Kingston-upon-Thames involved the construction of a single storey rear extension and internal remodelling to create an open plan kitchen, dining, living area with a clever introduction of a WC and utility area.  The result was a modern and flowing layout that maximises the use of the ground floor and generates a better connection with the garden to the rear.
