Kitchen refurbishment and loft conversion in Cheam

These clients first visited the Happy Building office when their purchase of this beautiful house on the coveted West Drive area of Cheam was in the final stages. They had fallen in love with the old house but wanted to modernise it , while retaining the traditional features, and make more communal space for their young family.  Initially we designed a beautiful open plan kitchen with kids play area and utility room. The clients were delighted with our design and build work and went on to ask us to produce architectural designs and gain planning permission for a loft conversion.
