When is the right time to set up a visit?
This service is for those who are interested in buying a property, but want to check whether they can achieve the modifications before the purchase of the property is made.
How will you access the
site?
Please arrange access to the property through the estate agent, we can then find atime to book the architect to come and visit the site with you.
How long with the pre-purchase feasibility visit be?
We recommend allowing up to an hour to get the most out of the visit. Of course, if we can only gain access for a short amount of time, we will make the most use out of the time spent in the property.
Can I get the design started before the property is purchased?
Yes, however we recommend waiting until the property is purchased as the house buying process is often precarious. This means you may get designs created
for a property that you never get to purchase, incurring unnecessary additional cost.
